By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, including taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed on our site.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and fees will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number. Ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items due to incorrect addresses.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging. Contact us at ruakysweet@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return.

Note:

  • Pre-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • For non-quality issues, return shipping is at your expense. We will deduct $10-$25 from your refund (depending on weight). DHL returns incur a $25-$40 fee.
  • For quality issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), contact us immediately for a free replacement or refund.

7. Pre-orders

Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are subject to change. Pre-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once ordered. We will notify you by email of any significant changes to the estimated shipping date.
